mymind
Private visual bookmarking and note app for the web, macOS, iOS and Android that uses AI to tag, summarize and auto-group the links, images, articles, PDFs and notes you save so you can find them by search instead of folders.
About mymind
Bookmarks, screenshots, articles and quick notes end up scattered across apps and folders, and filing or tagging them by hand takes more effort than most people keep up.
Who it’s for
- Designers, writers and researchers who collect visual references and links and want to find them again by color, brand, keyword or text in an image
- People who want a private, ad-free place to save things without social features, collaboration or manual organizing
When to consider it
Consider mymind when you want to save anything with one click and rely on automatic image tagging, text recognition in screenshots, Smart Spaces and search rather than maintaining folders, with an explicit promise of no ads and no data selling.
Tradeoffs & limitations
- The pricing page lists only paid plans: The Bookmarker at $4.99 a month without AI features, Student of Life at $79 a year and Mastermind at $129 a year (about 20% less than monthly billing); reading mode, article backup, AI summaries, PDF analysis and video uploads up to 500 MB require Mastermind.
- It is a single-user private tool with no collaboration or sharing features. Sign-in is only through Google or Apple, there is no mass-import tool, and pages behind a login cannot be captured, so those bookmarks show only a login-page screenshot.
